whrer is your support for customers problems
i want help in key problem for my customers
i have more than 5 red boxes and my customers are crying but mr julvir
disapear for ever...

after read your mail :


is very easy, in site www.sws-redbox.com you not have any KEY file .. you can get only the Update file, so is normal is not work

if you have read well the site, you have 2 boutons : one KEY ( but will give all time error ) and one UPD, if you take UPD file not use it like KEY file for your box, is not correct

for run any soft you need correct KEY file, for have it read your ID and send it to your reseler, he have your correct KEY file for your personal box

you not need make more, only this and all work ok
