i have redbox i don't know how to use lg in redbox

i have 2 pics lg w3000 totaly dead i had no flash
i have a floodeer but i need to use redbox
when i try to read flash from good phone to write to another
i have all this massage
when i traied to conect and changed my baud rate

I use 98 with Redbox.

unles you modify the cable, you need to hold the power button in for the whole process (until flashing is totally complete)

i need to read a flash when keeping power button phone started

i modified the cable but no response

press the command first (ie unlock, read, etc) then press and hold the button when the loader is being sent to the phone
