Concerning support :

redbox comes with :

- 1 year SUPPORT FOR PHILIPS SOFTWARE !!!

- 3 months of free support on the 4 softwares included in the basic pack

- Extra-pack additional software will be selled at cheap price...

- Of course :-) as I want to make all custumers happy, so I will add free software the most often possible

for acces to members zone you must connect to

www.sws-redbox.com

and you clic here :

after logon you are in members zone

you can donwload software upgrade !

or sometimes when is need New KEY or update KEY for your box

after you have 2 choices if your ID of key is valid ( you must write in small letter all your ID for can donwload the UPD file )

after this operation you juste need update your dongle ! for make it working on new software !

For this run any of our software .. go in panel KEY :

you see this :

juste clic on update .. the software make the reste
( UPD file must be in same folder )

after 5 secondes your box are updated and actived

Only 3 months free support

I think its not going to be easy selling these m8 if thats the case

apart from this set back it looks a nice piece of kit

how much us the redbox ?

Yes 3 months waranty .. if sales is good or not .. we warenty 3 months of free upgrade in this 5 softwares ..

but if sales is very very good :-) so why not more of course ..

( we think at this now for make free upgrade 6 months .. i give to all the result tomorow )

Some dont even give updates free this is not one program its 5 at 350euro.

Hi,

I can login fine, but when I check the KEY for any specific updates for my KEY it just invalid action (or Invalid Location) or along the lines of it.
