yeah me too, there are no solutions for usa phones, and some products claim they can unlock the phone but its not true...perhaps....

i have tried one LG 4010 but not work i have tried all posible pin pouts

the message in software was

Power ON OK
Loding boot

and waiting more then 10 min but no other messages

P.S any Support for benq i have read one of your messages thet you have say thet Redbox will support this phone ?
