I have others box like polarbox2, Martech, ufs, usb smart (dead too) smart clip... But i have payed money and i think redbox team is not serious.

Only free programs in updates. 350 euros for what? for playing which the money of the people?

Don't cheat and close bussinnes now!!!!!!

Yes we want support. Think of it: We buy a box to unlock phones and after 3 years all extinguished??? Soon is not the word!! @ Julvir if all these continue on turning around, You'll lose all your clients and no one will trust u even if a new box is out? I guess you'll double the price of your new-box and not forgetting, with a new dynamic intro "Red-Box, the ultimate one: all new phones now supported".. blablalba....

This is not right. If u launch a product on market, you must keep on improivng and improving and not drop your clients. I know all those clones exist, if Lante cheated, does not mean every1 is lante!!!

Mr.Gorr, would you please tell us when shall update come for redlight box. i invest 300€ for $hit support and server is down for ages and cant update the key even!! Julvir or whateva ur team promote this box but now we boxuser are endless sufferer. SWS team should be prosecuted for its worst support and update. Support is like warranty of the box that is violated by sws team.
