New User Of Sws-sag - GSM-Forum

Hi all
I bought a sws-sag and am not able to use it. I got it with CD and cables and testpoints.
I am trying to unlock a sagem myv56 but with no luck
every time i get error testpoint bad.
I put the testpoint good on the board. I registered with the site but still no answer as to where i will get support.
I dont know what hash means and how to update my box. You should know that a new user doesnt want to break his box by doing dumb things.
So who can give me support? at least show me 1 time how to unlock this sagem so i can do the rest by myself? also....are there user manuals? i know how to work with other boxes.

Regarding key file, reseller ??

Me also.. i've send to [email protected] my box detail to obtain keyfile, but no answer.

Also send PM to Mr. Julvir, but hi didn't answer me. Perhaps they're too busy.

Why its so complicated in order just to obtain a key file, Mr. Julvir, there is no clone of Redbox, right?
