could someone tell me which flash file i need to download from the support section to enable me to unlock 8138 v.103. plz hlp

You've another thread open... I told u: Downgrade the phone flashing the drive_c of a lower version. On support area u can find this:

U8138 V100 BROWN Denmark CID 17

Download, extract and flash the drive_c only. After this enter the codes with 2945#*88110#
