Help with NEC N341i unlock... - GSM-Forum

Hi!

I have 3 pieces NEC N341i to unlock. But when i connect USB cable and power on phone the computer ask for drivers. Then i give the link to the driver map with drivers Win NT. Maybe this is wrong?

I use Win XP.

Then the computer ask another few times for drivers and i give the link to the map with drivers again and again. After a few times the computer says that the Hardware is ready for usage. When i look in PC configuration i see that NEC is connected on com-port number 4.

When i open program and select N341i and press read codes the program says: searching for phone on com-port 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 en then restarts and never find phone on com-port 4.

Can someone give me advise?

you have to instal drivers that are suplied with F.D. SW
there are located in nec folder drivers
folow the istruction and it will work fine

Hi, the Win NT driver map, is located in furiousdongle>nec>usbdrivers>n341i

When i unzip n341i file, i get the map Win NT.

So i have used drivers from Furious Dongle.

Well i have it working on a laptop without normal rs232 comports. But the codes i get on the two N341i phones are all FFFFFFFF what is this?

the only solution to solve it is i need the phone.
Because it seems it's new version.
I need phone to update soft.

I could only suggest that you put the instruction with the software so that i wont go around scampering on the procedure.

But if you see in folder : \FuriouS Dongle\furious\nec\readme.txt
You can see inside the solution how to enter the code .

same response, using the drivers in that furious NEC folder. Just goes round and round scanning but no codes!
