Member: 106700 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 47 | How serious is Furious in respect to its customers! i am a customer of Furious 2, Sam2clip, Vodka and (just ordered)Tiger Clip. Now i see u are decreasing the price of vodka drastically indicating an end to support future models. I wish to inform you that i am very upset with the step you have taken. I bought my vodka one month from now as refered in below extract of mail sent to me by your support for regsitration. From: Vodka Clip <[email protected]> Subject: Vodka-Clip.com - Account Activated Date: 21 Jan 2006 04:31:48 -0000 To: [email protected] and now u are ending support. What is happening; how can i trust your team if u are going to act like this. I have not recovered from this investment at all. I was thinking about getting Piranah seeing the thread of "vodka v/s piranah"; but i said to myself that u are a serious team and therefore deserve more credit. Now i am reaping what i sow!! pls see what can be done for me; customers who have invested in all these product of furious do not deserve to be treated like this. Be sure when will have the new sagem project ready ALL FURIOUS SGM customer who will send me their box back i will replace for FREE with the new project. I doubt you can find better support like this for a 99€ box. BR. Steve. |
