I cann't unlock 803T : (Run - time error "76" : Path not found )

You must create folder Phone_Logs ex. c:\Program Files\F-Box2\Phone_Logs

i unlock few pcs b4 but now when i try with cable (gx30 RJ45 already tested ) that i get with F2 . but that is not working
when i try to conect then erer

ERROR 404: Phone not found

1. Check Port Settings
2. Make sure that Phone Lock
is set to OFF
3. Phone must be ON

whats wrong any idea>>>?????????????????/

Check cable and phone socket, be sure u sleect good com and +5v on and aswell phone lock are off.
