Sharp 703sh Japjap - GSM-Forum

Hi
i got sharp 703sh .. looks like from Japan . i need to unlock it .

Please guide me in what cables to use ... is it same like 902SH with 9v & Cruiser Cable , i read on forum that u need to flash it , not sure about this since furious has a unlock button .

Let me know step by step how to unlock this thing please , right now i left in on charge cause battery was low .

i downloaded all flashes .. which 1 is best to flash with ?
on sticker it says 703SH , i think i should flash with 703_JP_PATCHED ?

Also how many V should i use when using cable ? 902Sh uses 9v and 703sh ?

did you use 3 volts on cpu?? and is ur battery is full???

and by the way im using setools i just unlock it without flashing what flasher you are using???

mp3hot, if you have normal 4in1 cable you must use 3v, not 9v !! Maybe you've burned the phone CPU.

However, try to reflash it with EURO firmware and power on it pressing #

i was wrong , i tought that 703sh was ok , after i flashed with 703shf it powerd on & white screen came on main lcd .

after reading alot of posts on this forum i noticed that this 703sh was a December/2005 release which furious does NOT support it !

this release if u try to flash with furious it will result in DEAD , d only way to make it turn on but just WHITE SCREEN is by flashing with furious and flash file 703shf & unlock .

Today i bought SETOOL and after hours and hours of testing i now managed to make this DAMN 703SH WORK WELL . Basically all u have to do is flash with : (eu703patch.rar) from setool.net
eu703patch_part1.ssw (17,506KB)
eu703patch_part2.ssw (04,791KB)

after flash i made FORMAT & after this i used Furious to unlock caz setool was giving me a error when trying to unlock :

llbug: trashed answer.
processing error when reading
Setting up gdfs...
sorry. maybe try again?
Elapsed:48 secs.

Now 703SH alive again , please fix this December/2005 release or warn furious customers not to unlock 703sh of dec/2005 caz it will result in dead fone & u will make them spend a 100 euro to buy Setool
