SHP Filesystem: FactoryFs_ZV10.

Files are Password Protected Password is : alcooper

Press Power button and hold 9 button to enter flsah mode.

For check version code.*#123580#

If the Fimware Version is ZV10BUFA2 then u need to flash.

I entered flash mode (DOWNLOAD on screen) but I get "UNKNOWN DEVICE" when I connect the phone to USB .
