Alcatel BIC phone ERROR phone not conected [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

I try to unlock this phone but always same error . Please help me . I use cable for Alcatel S210.

hi friend make sure that battery is fully charged,check phone connector also try with ver 2.2.5 post result here,suunnyy

Same error with 2.2.5

use Motorola V3 type connector

2 - Phone Tx
3 - Phone Rx
4 - GND

Also check correct unlock just here.

Can u check also alternative pinout:

It´s Cable connection problem, check if when u connect the phone to the box the blue led flick one time, it´s so, then its ok, if not , u have a cable connectiion problem. recently i had the same problem with an alcatel but it was that the unlock cable was not making full contact with all the pins.
I have to push them tight to the pcb, and all was ok.
hope u solve it.

test it on latest updates/post log again using PolarBox2_Update_V231
