use last polarbox version (current 204) if problem persist then simply flash it with polarbox and unbranded firmware, you will have phone unlocked and fully unbranded

read code work freind, but in ur case:

phone was flashed before (polar give correct code only from original eeprom/imei)
OR
ur phone have a new firmware

solution: try flash methode (work 100%)
