Alcatel OT-918 flashing error HELP [ANSWERED]


Hello Team Polar, there have alcatel ot-918 I
and the problem it used to be google account password
I did, I reset using the 3 button, but still so ..

So I did flash him with polar box and all the ot-918 flashfile in support I used to but unfortunately, now logo only .. What can we do to repair the problem with this unit?

after flash, try to make hard reset manually, test and post result

please do this : download and install update v 3.0.3
then test flashing again

if u face any problem then test again with v3.0.7 and v3.1.2

And too, please retry again with 2-3 firmwares more from support, for verify if works or not ...

after I downloaded flashfile in support of 991a_ALUS1_FF5_Firmware().zip and 991a_ALUS_F3G_Firmware().zip..i flashed the unit and the error is.....



Now the phone status alcatelonetouch logo
