Just tried to unlock this handset it connects o'k but all boxes are greyed out

Connecting ...

Flash ID.: 986F0000 , Toshiba 32 Mb.
Firmware Ver. : 331
Phone Type : 660X-2DTBGB1-
Operator/Country : Unknow / Unknow
Language : Unknown
Phone IMEI : 352387-03-095***-4

Phone Connected Ok

As you can see it doesn't show a network, do we have to flash these to unlock?

in polar suppor u can find flashes for unlock this fone..

Location: polar/Flashes/Alcatel/Alcatel_660/660x_(Unlock-Unbrand)

please make bakup before any operations n always use last version of soft 2.2.7

I have looked on Polar Support, but the flashes do not match.

I have firmware version 331

The ones on support are version 332

I didn't know if using these flashes would cause the screen to go blank. I have seen this problem in other posts.

ok, first chek if u can make a full flash bkp, if u can, do it n try flashing ur fone with flash posted on support...

U can do it unlock with version 332, all files in Support are fully tested.

Just had another go at this little baby, and although it connects to Polar o'k the only options you get are 'write' and 'disconnect'.

There isn't read option. So it looks as though this version cannot be unlocked at the moment.
