when i read Alcatel s-320...gives me unknown versiion¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡
when i tried to flash it gives me (writing error)??????
how to unlock this phone .......it is- movistar - spain -

I have exactcly the same problem. when I flash phone does not power on. I used version 2.11 but it does not flash the phonne. any help?

did u use repair options !!!

- repair phone during flash
- repair killed during flash

You must use LAST version.
Now there is new versions in market and we upgraded loaders.

Why using OBSOLETE updates ???

Hi husainm,

Why you flashed phone and not made READ NCK ??
Are you sure you used v213 with this new phone, and no previously v211 ??
Are you live in Spain ??
And the last, this phone was working before ??

when i use latest version phone takes times in formating and finaly fails. and phones still dead. when I flash with infinity it is successfull but blue screen bacause firmware not compatible. so now I have this problem: polar suport have firmware version i need but can not flash correctly the phone. infnity can flash the phone but does not have compatible firmware in support.

What u used first to this phone ?
Polar or Infinity ? tell me ...

the phone came to me with blue screen but can make and receive calls. so i suppose they used infinity.

Hi,
Connect phone to previously used tool and make Format Ffs (only this)
Restart Pc then connect phone now with Polar and flash.
Make tick option of repair phone during flash and repair phone killed during flash.
Use highest firmware in Polar support. and make sure only Polar is connected to Pc during operation.
Must get Positive result by this process.

PolarBox2 now support all this new Alcatel Serie Sxxx (S319 S320 S321) with new versions, u simply must flash with last flashfiles in support.

Next update we upgraded S519 S520 S521 S621 series with new versions appeared in market, then u can unlock-flash it without any problem (blank screen)
