Benq M300 TELCEL still locked ::: SOLVED ::: - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I unlocked one Benq M300 from TELCEL but the phone still requesting a Network Code, but I don´t know if I can solve the problem flashing with Benq_M300(O2X_1I)_F5B70A5074AF_Firmware(LANG_EN_FR _IT_ES_PT_NE_DE)

I am afraid of killing the phone

read phone backup first, then flash ur phone using flash file from support, and all will be ok

Well I try to flash but I get de following log

Sending Loader..Wait ...

Flash ID.: 89550101 , Intel 8 Mb.
Phone Type : ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ
Phone S/W : ÿÿÿÿÿ
Phone Id : 19AB07D01806

Phone Connected OK....

File is Bad Size

Could be a problem with that file from support area?
Anyway, tomorrow I´m going to download another file and post result.

u have to select firmware language, then clic write, then select ur file (downloaded from support)

Problem solved, I flash with the file from support area and after that unlock it.
Steps:
1. Conect using Testpoint
2. Flash with the file from support area Benq_M300(O2X_1I)_F5B70A5074AF_Firmware(LANG_EN_FR _IT_ES_PT_NE_DE)
3. Unlock
