c118 problem in polar

[KG-GSM]

I tryed many times to unlock a c118 with polar, but always gives me bad response, does anybody know what the problem is?
The cable??? i did a mot t191 and the cable work 100% i think if it was cable problem would not work ith this model too. Well thats what i think. Can anyone help me with that? Thanks a lot

all time u say cable problem cable problem . for what another box not have so much problem????

and i was buy this box with his cable dear

all time and all ppl have problem with u r product and u say all time cable , cable if u r box not have good c able thn sold it without cable . we buy it with his c able

this its not good . first correct software and then sold dear

Software works perfect for this model ...
Be sure too FTDI drivers are installed correctly, this can be too reason for failure ...

Cable are good quality, but ****ing ODM motorola Phones not!
Try to remove housing or cut some plastic around the conector.
If your polar II it's too old (first pack) came with T191 cable worng solder, check it.
Try too make force on the conector against the phone (be carefull with the phone)

i try many many many MOTOROLA ODM with T191 cable and all goes ok, even with another tools don't connect (same cable) and with polar at first try.... So, don't say Polar not works, cable not works,... Only try and you'll see how fast polar conect with this kind of phones
