I have 1 Lg KU 3800 Vodafone Spain

I have this problem:

Checking Ports...Wait..

Phone Imei : ‚`î&s’|ØÀ˜|s’

ERROR Phone Not Unlocked ....

What´s the problem?

I reset the Pc, I choose in different USB.

this phone is not suported by polar box look at the polar section before the open a new thread

KU 380 can be unlocked the error you say is some times when cable not connected correctly, take out the cable and also restart the phone when fully on connect cable and unlock , these models have done lots.

KU380 unlock works ok. Try to uninstall drivers and install again, try to put port lower and try to uninstall some ports that you have and not use (like Sharp Gx series)
