ETS3125i unlock problem. [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hi, i've charged credits to unlock this model. I've made the cable, erverything is OK. But after unlock, i put the 16 unlock code (all 0's) and it doesn't work, just reset to put another code, as it is not valid. Here u can check the picture. Can u solve this asap please? Thanks!

And when i try to readfullflash it says that is in one place, and it's not there and nowhere.. i don't know where it does fullflash backup.

Hi, can u refund me the credits i've spend in this no solution? My customer ask me the device back so... don't need to unlock this.
