how to read user code of f480 bcoz when i connect it says error phone is not connected help

phone not connected is communication problem, check cable / phone connector and drivers
to read user code just use READPLOCK button

i change two cables brother and press read plock button but no sucess

check in device manager if phone is detected and installed correctly, and better make screen capture and post here to know what's wrong

Hi friend
1.try this put your phone in qualcom mode *#782872#
2.use usb cable and press plock

- Phone Status ON
- Use Hybrid (Rj45 + Usb) E210 Datacable

Instructions...

- Power On phone Without Simcard
- Enter Sequence *#782872#
- Download / Install Drivers
- Press Read Codes

If UserCode is activated, you can't Read Codes
Please Make Read PLock and disable it
