GPRS779 Unlock Fail !! :::ANSWERED::: - GSM-Forum

I´ve tryed to uynlock a GPRS779 UTstartcom, but the sofware says phone is unlocked but still showing wrong sim card.
Here´s th e unlock process:

Pls can u help me to solve this ????

Look that polar Box cant read the s/w version, maibe it´s an unsupported s/w version or s/w problem.I´ve performed some backup´s and later flashed the phone with an support flash file. After Flash process I´ve repeat the unlock process, as you can see, polarbox software says that the phone was unlocked but, it´snt. Phone still locked after that.
