How to unlock sharp Gx15 - GSM-Forum

Good day.
Can someone direct me on how to unlock a sharp Gx 15 with polar2,i have downloaded the drivers,my pc can"t dictate the sharp,when connect the usb cable into the handset i have this message, usb device not recognize, i have try it more than 20 times.

All is Ok.the cable was not well inserted into the phone.
polar box the best for me for now.
