I need to flash a KP500. can anyone tell me where i can get the flash files and the instructions how to unlock it via Polar Box please

u not need flash to unlock ur phone

- Phone Status OFF
- Use LG KE 500 Datacable
- Clic Connect
- keep pressed power button until process finish

hi friend open polar service software select amoi/lg tab and scrool down select lg kp500,is supported by both ways read codes and direct unlock choose as you like

when you select the model instructions about cable and power status will appear,go to support and check there for flash files in lg folder.this model is supported for unlock and flash.all the best,suunnyy

Phone doesn't need unlocking it needs flashing. At the moment when i turn the phone on it the screen flashes the LG and goes no further.
