Sorry didnt work, thats exactly what I tried - When I turn on the phone, type in 2945#*71001# it goes up to "Security"

Option 1 is - Unlock USIM - I click on that then goto Network Lock - type in the code and it says "Network UnLock Fail"

Also after typing the code, and once you leave it and goto Menu - Phone settings - Security - There is only pin code request/change codes/handset lock.

Hello! Friend! If you have another Computer try unlock.
I have one Phone (LG) with similar problem and in another
Computer code is ok (in my case is code problem) but is not
Polar problem, I think is any Software in conflit or internet Problem.
Try in another Computer.

Thanks.

I updated to v2.2.6 and clicked on Unlock - The previous version only had read codes!

Code:
 Please Wait..Sending Boot ...

 Phone type LG-KF-900
 IMEI : 357850-02-xxxxxx-7

 Phone Connected OK....

 Please Wait..Unlocking ...

 Reading Simlock Zone....
 Simlock Backup Saved...
 Writing Simlock Zone....

 Some phones SouthAmerican after unlock
 phone still locked.
You must flash phone using any Firmware
 in polar support.
After this, repeat unlock process and
 phone will be unlocked

 Phone Unlocked OK...
