Hello GORR, I need your help

I intaleted my P3 in my polar metal box and work fine, But i formated my pc in monday, and now i can t update my polar box to my p3, because the updater send me the message:
"" 13:01:42 Error checking status. PolarBox2(metal) not registered
"13:01:42 Process aborted with error [ E03 ]

but this box is registered since 07/2009, you comprove this in picture add, and i have the licence ogf vodafone and blackberry active in metal box.

please give me your help
