I have same problem.
20 pcs of KE990c from TIM Brazil to unlock and no way...

I read a flash (6 hrs to read the flash) and them receive messege "Send flash file to [email protected]"

I bought activation just for this moel and now I will lose the job...

Plz Polar Team... GO GO GO!

there is no problem, where is flash file readed !!!!

upload it to rapid share and give me link will add it to server in few minutes

After you give us link from readed firmware server will be updated and all phone with this version you will can unlock in just 20-30 secound then just give us a link for this firmware to can add to server !! !! !!

In past few years the Polar team have been pioneers and always around with amazing updates. They deserve the extra income from the LG3G and sagem/voda logs. No complaints.
Just be patient bro.

We are working now in this Firmware version.
Unlock in this phones (for your information) is not static, changes every different FIRMWARES then we need to add it to our solution.

Tomorrow u will get another new and you will have same problem, with POLAR and with other tools, then be patient. As my product supporters told u we already working on this ...
