Polar box not starting, please help [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hello Polar Team,

Since some days i have a problem, my polar box is not starting. When I try to start Polar Suite, I see the screen, like it is starting but then the program immediately closes. I have polar box since many years, and never gave problem, is just from some days. I had reinstalled othr boxes receintly but they had been together in my computer always and never gave me problem.

When i try to connect my polar box, it gives me like some driver(like it is not recognised) problem but don´t know what to do, because i have tried to install polar drivers already.

I also tried installing in other computer but it gave me the same problem.

please i wanted your help as soon as possible, i have many phones waiting, otherwise i will have to give them back.

if ur box still under warrenty better contact ur reseller

Hello dear,

U can do this also Remove ( uninstall all soft ) the go to this link

install again and remove from USB port any other Dongle conected coz somtimes other dongles conected on other USB ports also make problem.
