Polar Box support area dissappeared ::: SOLVED ::: - GSM-Forum

Since i upgraded my Polar box a few version ago I have lost the support area which used to appear on the Polar box programme. This facility was so useful as i could get the latest upgrade, files etc at a click of a button. Can anyone advise me if there is anything i can do to get this back or has the support area been removed completely.
