because sometime we can't get apprpriate firware from support
for ex customer give phone with french language for unlock but the unbrand unlock firware in support don't get french or corresponding language

If you not find your language, ask here for request, supporters will try best for help you.

Btw, next update we add OT-708 and OT-800 read codes, for save people time flashing this devices (step by step we will try to improve a little this functions in MTK)
