Member: 93339 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 27 | Polarbox 2,bad box,bad support,please read forum users ::S.H.I.T BUT ANSWERED :: I sent to polar box support an Alcatel S211a phone with new security for development... they answered to me that received the phone and will send me payment and that they will start to work on that phone. I never received other contact with PolarBox 2 support. I don't know what happened with my S211a phone, polar box doesn't released update for that phone yet... I don't want the money in case they can release support for that phone, but in negative case i need to pay that phone to my customer... Also this box kill alcatel E161, E159a and E801a from different versions when unlocking or ixxx repairing, i must flash these phones everytime i want to unlock them or i'll get killed phone. I lost too much time flashing for a simple unlock operation... Please polarbox2 support get in contact as soon as possible. |

I think thread starter and company are being unfair. How can you kill a phone unlocking it when you can do the safest procedure which is code reading, i think you don't know how to use box. Even is that is true what does 2 or 3 phones which you have failed to unlock means to a real unlocker? Please think twice before posting nonsenses. Never seen you asking for support around here, so i'll take this as way you have to make your voice heard. Bad move by the way. To PS, please don't pay attention to such kind of users, many users do care about your hard work, luck |

You will have to read more in this forums or official ones if you don't speak english well, polar box support is in every language, look for assitance and you will have 0 killed phones,  |
