Download and Install Area (for new users)


> How to install PolarBox2 Suite (in 3 easy steps) <


STEP 1)

First of all, download and install this software (Last PolarBox2 software)
Be sure you not have connected box, because at this step is not necesary

PolarBox2 Installer for METAL VERSION (all drivers inside)
PolarBox2 Installer for PLASTIC VERSION (all drivers inside)


STEP 2)

After software has been properly installed, please plug your PolarBox2 in your computer and wait till windows request drivers (start detection). When your system start to ask you for drivers, select correct path in your computer.

Example (english windows) : C:\Program Files\Polar Box\Drivers
Example (spanish windows) : C:\Archivos de programa\Polar Box\Drivers

Windows will finish detection and installing of drivers, and will confirm you in few seconds, now your box is installed.


STEP 3)

At this step, box and drivers are properly installed but in order to use server services you need make a last step.
This process is the "Box Registration" and not takes excesive time (only few seconds)

Now run POLAR-SAT software (already installed) and go to SETUP Fill this form with all your details and confirm it. After this, your PolarBox2 is registered, process is in real time and you not will receive any mail of confirmation.


VERY IMPORTANT !!!


Please, try to have always installed our last update version
Server only works properly with last versions of software, then keep you informed and install it every update
For last versions execute POLAR-SAT and press SUPPORT FILE SERVER button (you will access to download area)

Now, enjoy your PolarBox2 :-)

HOW TO ENTER UNLOCK CODE IN SAMSUNG I900 OMNIA


> 1. Insert an unaccepted SIM card
> 2. Enter the pin code to simcard
> 3. At the top of screen an "exclamation mark" icon will appear
> 4. Click on "exclamation mark" icon
> 5. There will appear link "settings" - click on it
> 6. Virtual keyboard appears on screen with Enter PIN prompt.
> 7. Enter your 8-digit unlock code

It does not show an exclamation mark, but a lock simbol with the
letters NET; this comes with the following notification:

Network lock", and the options: "OK"; "dismiss".

When I press OK, it gives me the virtual keyboard: then I insert the
code and it works.

alcatel s920 / s920x can't be detected by polar and computer not ask for drivers


1- just remove ur memory card from phone
2- plug ur usb cable again
3- install drivers

1- be sure only polar is connected to ur computer (no other dongle or box)
2- change phone port number to any number under 10

I CAN'T USE POLAR SERVER, ALWAYS HAVE THIS ERROR A07 check account

now we can't talk about sagem logs, we talk about polar credits, with polar credits u can unlock any phone need credits :)

congratulation, but we need some infos

1- post phone model
2- post what model u selected from polar phone list
3- post what cable u used to connect it
4- post a screen capture or paste log of unlock process
5- read full backup, upload it to rapidshare and post link (if possible)
