Problem reading codes in blackberry 6220(old model):::ANSWERED:::


I have 2 problem reding this model of blackberry.

My first problem is..:
when i clik connet panda begin to read but when read imei panda close autimatic..





My second problem..:
if a try to read again panda freeze at point show in the pic down here n i need reboot pc to try again..






NOTE: some friends has same problem...

Hi friend
uninstall all blackberry drivers from your pc,restart pc and download blackberry drivers from polar box support,install drivers,connect only polar box to pc,try to read code again.
Note--------check the software version of your blackberry if it is 3.**** series you need to upgrade blackberry to version 4.***** in order to read codes.

I would recommend using old version of polar to do this or try with jungo drivers using latest version and/or older version, luck

Use fullcharged battery.
Use Mot V3 Usb repaired cable or original BB usb cable.
Turn wireless off.
