How to Unfreeze Phone

Insert non supported simcard and power on phone
Put Unfreez Code and press key OK (nothing will appear)
Put Network Code (NCK)
Phone will be unfreezed and unlocked

Codes Readed OK...

This is the log from a 5230 I am trying to unlock, when I put a non accepted sim into the phone I get........

Phone Freeze
SIM unavailable contact service provider
with 2 boxes SOS and Call

If I press 'call' to get to the keypad I can enter the unfreeze code, but after the code is entered (you can see the numbers being entered on the screen)
I get an oblong box with 'Net Code', if I try and enter the net code stearting with the hash key it goes back to Phone Freeze.

What am I doing wrong, it seems so simple but I must be a bit thick because I am going round in circles.

Can you help.

i think u entering second code wrongly

for net code enter #7465625*638*57260305# or simply 57260305

This I do not believe, phone unlocked in less than a minute.

I was trying to enter the full code.
