Good day.

I am having some problem trying to unlock this Samsung A767 after press unlock button the soft remain as you can see on screen shot below.

Try with 2.2.5 version and post result, if it work report this problem as a bug in version 2.2.7 otherwise check drivers or software instalation, for me it´s a software problem not a phone problem.

Hi,
Try old suite version and report outcome.(2.2.7 is still Beta)

I have try about 5 difference version of polar and on difference pc still same.
Soft cannot dicted the phone.

Im still sayying that it colud be a soft problem.
see in the link below as even the 2.2.1 version support this phone.

I hope u have try to hit read codes buttom too, not just unlock????

Does phone enter in Samsung Mode or Qualcom mode when enter codes sequence?
If shows fail when enter this mode means MSL has been damage.

You can see that the driver is installed and it can enter in Samsung Mode or Qualcom.

Wait for programmers give u an explanation or help u to solve ur problem.

Well maybe u loss money this time, but u can earn millions later, when solution comes. Thx for your little help(posting this sw error) we hope the solution came as soon as posibble. I sure the support team it´s working on ti.
