Hi Everyone!

A customer brought to my shop a LG CU720 cell phone with software problem because every time I power it on keeps freeze on at&t logo screen so my questions are: Do I need to flash it?, Can anyone help to get handset flash file?

By the way, the handset was hit.

hi mate you should check hardware issue and by the way polar box doesn´t support LG´s flashing

ok by mistake i wrote that i was going to edit but any way we all made mistakes, so tell me the is this phone is support for flashing?

Read my previous post, because PB2 does not support LG CU720 flashing operation I asked: Do I need to flash it? besides I already checked handset hardware and everything is fine.

What can I do to fix it?

do u need flash to repair ur phone !! YES
polar can flash it !! NO
