i have unlocked 1 phone GTs-5230 ,i cliced read code and i don t checked the new securtity icon but phone code readed with 2 credit consumed

yes cause it's already new security, their is no old s5230

this is why u can't also check new security option

for new security.. do i need to activate my polar or just buy credits?

If u have LG3G activation(LIC1) this is FREEE FREE FREE.
So, either Buy LG3G licence(Double advantage in Polar) LG3G new security+Samsung Qualcom New security or use credits.
