HI FRIEND POST SCREEN SHOT BETTER TO UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEM SEEMS A DRIVER AND CONNECTION PROBLEM.USE LAST VERSION 2.2.5
1.INSERT a vodaFONE SIMCARD in the phone and turn it on

2.connect it directly to pc using v830 usb cable USE FRONT SIDE PORT

3.let it install software pc

4.when finished unplug phone

5.replug and let drivers install automatically

once finisHED, launch polar SOFTWARE and unlock it
