Here is log I have:

Software does not read full Blackberry info so I cant get it properly connected for MEP2 Code readout trough polar server!!! All USB Drivers are up to date and working ok, BBRY Desktop manager also installed, everything is working ok, previously unlocked Blackberry phones with this SwSuite without any troubles and now here the problem has occurred.

I have did - nothing have changed, tried on two different laptops, still the same! It looks like it would be something to do with connectivity betwen phone and laptop.

Have tried over 10 different lenght different quality USB cables, didnt solve the problem...

Tried to restart the phone still the same

...

Dont know what else to do...

I cant locate option menu where or how to disable user/device keyguard password

hi friend you are sure that user code is active?if yes did you know the user code?if yes go to security settings you will find option to disable user code.all the best suunnyy

This phone has been on corporate BES setup. You can't disable/delete code without reflashing it to normal SW.
IT Policy requires a password be used, unless you reflash phone.

I know code even when phone menu is unlocked active for use it still does not connect!

Customer will backup all his data and will come back to me tomorrow for reprogramming and unlocking of this BBRY

This makes good sense that POLARBOX2 needs some improvements of walking-trough this security.

If you have an user password and you can´t disable it (and although you reset it, it still requesting), Look for this soft JL_Cmder_v1.9.1 and make a factory reset (use option resettofactory),
I had a bb that had a lock in disable/enable password option, and with this soft I could disable it.
Post result.

I used the JL_Cmder_v1.9.1 with one bb 8700, and remove the restriction to change the password Enabled/Disabled option. It is an small program in MS-DOS

Please let me know how did u use it in ms-dos command line? its win32 executable I have found on www.4shared.com ... its just below 200kb size.

it asks for instalation and then closes down after launch immediately.. please upload file and PM me a link, thanks

Look in your PC in C:\Program Files\JL_Cmder\ and run this JL_Cmder.cmd
