Why we need internet connection to unlock some models as Alcatel OT-C701?
Is just to know.

the server is most securised than standalone,so using server is better to all teams for there solutions (for not be copied(sniffer)),so all phones need credit or activation to unlock need server to get unlock code,also most of samsung 3g need also server to get unlock code
