how to enter unlock codes ?

Just insert any not supported SIM and you'll be asked for the codes.

yes im insert not support sim but phone noth ask me for inser codes ...

you need to wait, and keep trying.
yesterday i had the same problem.
let the phone with wrong SIM inside, and don´t touch it for over an hour.
after that i´ve unlocked it.
looks like motorola. you need to wait over an hour to introduce special code.
