i use mini usb cable (motorola v3 ) and use rx tx points as shown in picture and set is on position but unable to unlock plz help any solution ALCATELS320pinouts.jpg

why did you use a mini usb v3 cable, it is the rj45 cable with the rx 2 tx-3 and gnd-4 thats it.

if not have cable, just connect rx tx and gnd (use any normal com cable and rj45 uni cable for this operation)
