blackberry code reading error on EUB - GSM-Forum

i have installed the right drivers for blackberry .
model blackberry 7130g
but whenever try to read code it says timeout ...as shown in the picture below!!!!
need help if any body can advice about this problem!!

anxiously waiting for advice!!

just update you mobile firmware

then unlock again

i think 7130g is not supported one...

u can do by coding only....
