he has problem power on and off for 3 sec.

how can i restart with any code or by soft of EU box?

You can use normal Mini-USB cable (like motorola V3...)
Drivers are in x:\program folder\easy unlocker\drivers

You have to flash it then... And easy don't flash phones (almost for the moment). So, you need to flash with another tool using another pinout (near sim conector)
