i think u use old version of alcatel reader , V670 100% supported

Got code for alcatel ot-s218 but when insert sim get message SIM CARD LOCKED s>os CALLS ONLY. Can someone advice how to put this code please?

i download a lot de files from various mirrors, because download from support page is corrupt,
