finely unlocked my samsung F490v with easy unlocker

i receved a f490v for unlock

but i was unable to unlock that phone with easy unlocker box evarytime i conect the phone with box its give not coumnication with phone .

i put a wrong code on phone and its gone to phone frezee ..........

then i send this phone to samsung care and phone come in normle posision

but in samsung care they cant unlock this phone only repair.

i make read codes with easy unlocker and its done
