Having Problem getting License Files for EU Box - GSM-Forum

After i have successfully installed the box and registered on EU Box website. And i launch the application with the box connected and Click on License under Dongle Tool but nothing happen ?!?! Anyone what is wrong ? is there another way to get license file ? or do i need to email to EU team with my box serial to get license ? PLEASE HELP

no, it is automatic. i do not remember in it time but it is in shell program, press bottom or is in update cliente.

always contact with reseller for lic files, other wise try to connect with server after few hours
