When U get that message, Phone is in Debug Menu,
All U have to do, is click CANCEL than click START again and will be unlocked.
Fully supported, but seems something on module have to be revised....

did U get the same situation and try what I wrote on my post????
or perhaps I'll upload a video to proof.

I think all versions till today are supported with auto-analysing method
more than 300 pcs unlocked 100%

I trused easyunlock team & only i upgraded to premium account , but why no reply & help from support for unlock error

We answer everythin, but if you send same request by mail, by msn, by PM, by forum, by icq, by sonork and to all members of EUbox team... we answer all questions, but already answered is a good choice to find answer in forum, if it´s already posted, if you read boucetay words... this problem can be solved, there´re at least 3 threads with this kind of matters, and the problem comes from communication with the handset/cable/pc when communication is ok, then you get success.

Thanks for understand that we´ve not unlimited time,and also we´re trying to update and increase the features and services offered...
