I have here a Samsung sgh-b500 for unlock,i use E700 cable and select J600 i see this info,

Phone info:

Phone model: SGH-B500
FW version: B500XXGL4
Phone IMEI: 357429010227***

GetMsPersonal : FAIL

No unlock codes available!
OK - Finished

Is this phone not yet supported or do i something wrong?

Sorry phone is back to the customer,i used latest version samsung v1.19 and tried several boutrates and models.
Next time op post screenshot.

Is this phone supported?
